WBEA SPONSORED MINI-WORKSHOP  

What is a Mini Workshop?
A mini workshop is a professional development opportunity on topics of interest to fellow colleagues in business and information technology education. The workshop should be planned to last at least 3 hours.

Why host a mini workshop?

  • WBEA will award a $100 stipend to the coordinator of approved mini workshops.
  • Six stipends will be given each fiscal year.

Who may apply for the stipend?

  • Any current WBEA member

Who is the application sent to?

Who approves the application?

  • The District Representative in coordination with the current WBEA President

What is involved?

  • Fill out an application
  • Get approval from the District Representative
  • Coordinate the mini-workshop
  • Prepare a short follow-up report on the mini workshop to be submitted to the WBEA President
